Our approach to opening our stores
Keep it simple. Keep it safe.
Sales and Showrooms
- We are limiting physical access of our sales floor to three persons total. This includes families, clients, and employees' spouses.
* Markers six feet apart have been placed on the floor for your convenience
- All clients are required to wear masks and asked to sanitize. Masks and sanitizer are provided free of charge.
- Employees are required to wear masks when interacting with any persons on our sales floor.
- Mandatory testing for all employees with cold or flu-like symptoms, as per guidelines set by islandhealth.
- We have removed all demo products to our backroom. Requests can be made to utilize demos; Units are sanitized before and after any interaction.
- All non-compliant persons will be told to leave.

Apple will assist and remotely coordinate with you whether your issue requires a physical repair. If a repair is needed, they will refer you to us or the closest authorized provider.

- Phone payment
We do accept payment with all major credit cards over telephone.
- Drop-off / Delivery
We send an employee out with gloves and mask to pickup and drop-off devices. We request that you email us (support@ultimac.ca) to start an Service Record to minimize employee time handling devices.
