Our approach to opening our stores

Keep it simple. Keep it safe.

Sales and Showrooms

  1. We are limiting physical access of our sales floor to three persons total. This includes families, clients, and employees' spouses.
     * Markers six feet apart have been placed on the floor for your convenience

  2. All clients are required to wear masks and asked to sanitize. Masks and sanitizer are provided free of charge.

  3. Employees are required to wear masks when interacting with any persons on our sales floor.

  4. Mandatory testing for all employees with cold or flu-like symptoms, as per guidelines set by islandhealth.

  5. We have removed all demo products to our backroom. Requests can be made to utilize demos; Units are sanitized before and after any interaction.
  1. All non-compliant persons will be told to leave.

    Apple will assist and remotely coordinate with you whether your issue requires a physical repair. If a repair is needed, they will refer you to us or the closest authorized provider.

  3. Phone payment
    We do accept payment with all major credit cards over telephone.

  4. Drop-off / Delivery
    We send an employee out with gloves and mask to pickup and drop-off devices. We request that you email us (support@ultimac.ca) to start an Service Record to minimize employee time handling devices.
